The 2024 Jeep Gladiator is one of the most fun-to-drive off-road-capable mid-size pickup trucks. Jeep equips this model with outstanding suspensions and a four-wheel drive system that make it the perfect adventure companion.

Basics About the 2024 Jeep Gladiator

Offered in seven trim levels, the new Jeep Gladiator pairs a powerful engine with rugged styling. All trim levels are powered by a 285-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine that delivers 260 lb-ft of torque. It comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission for full shifting control and greater ride enjoyment, but an 8-speed automatic transmission is available for drivers who don’t want to shift themselves.

A maximum towing capacity of 7,700 lbs and optional towing packages make this pickup truck perfect for light-duty trailering. Removable doors and a premium soft top add versatility, allowing drivers to enjoy the sun and breeze or protect themselves from the elements. Up to 11.6 inches of ground clearance, depending on the trim, makes it easy to tackle all terrains and situations.

Passenger-Friendly Features

The Gladiator’s rugged and ultra-capable exterior pairs with a stylish interior full of user-friendly features. The base Sport model comes with cloth-trimmed low-back bucket seats adjustable for comfort and, in the driver seat, for lumbar support. Assist handles at the front and rear for the driver and passengers, illuminated cup holders, and a locking glove box are other standard highlights.

In-cabin storage is plentiful and divided between storage trays, behind rear-seat storage, and door trim panel storage nets. Cargo tie-down loops also come standard.

Multimedia and Driver Assistance

Every Gladiator trim comes with the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display and integrated Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The system supports hands-free phone control and voice commands, and it comes with complimentary built-in Amazon Alexa for easier control of your devices or remote car control. SiriusXM 360L and Satellite Radio come standard with a trial subscription, and a 4G LTE hotspot is also included.

On the base trim, safety and driver assistance functions include hill start assistance, a park view rear backup camera, and speed and traction control. For enhanced security, the Gladiator comes standard with Jeep’s Sentry Key theft deterrent system. A wealth of available features include adaptive cruise control, rear cross-path detection, and blind spot monitoring.

Jeep Connect App

Designed to enhance the user experience, the Jeep Connect app includes a suite of useful features, such as remote vehicle operations that allow you to start or stop the engine from a distance, a vehicle health report designed to send monthly updates to your inbox, and a vehicle finder feature for quicker location of the Gladiator in a parking lot. The app also includes maps and connects to the vehicle with the Send & Go function.
